Our Team The Maple Mill Construction team has extensive residential and commercial construction experience. We believe in quality construction and exceptional customer service and every member of the Maple Mill Construction team is devoted to making the construction process a great experience from start to finish. Steve has worked in the construction industry for almost 30 years. He has a broad knowledge of materials and methods with substantial field experience. His project management experience ranges from new construction, light commercial, detailed residential construction, to major home and historic renovation. Steve’s vision for the company was always to provide a level of service to our clients that separates Maple Mill from other contractors. Maple Mill tries to do all the “little things” that make for a smooth and successful outcome.
Rick also has almost 30 years experience in the construction industry.

As President of Maple Mill Construction Management, Steve oversees every one of the company's projects with careful attention to quality, value and service.
Rick is responsible for scheduling and managing projects. His constant attention to detail while maintaining a "closeness to the client" insures that our projects run smoothly. Rick has a variety of experience which include; concrete, masonry, tile, roofing and all aspects of carpentry from framing to detailed finish work. Rick also has a great deal of supervisory and management experience that makes him a versatile member of our team.
